Apple Teas

In Turkey, apple teas are a mainstay of the culture. In America, master blenders use apple bits to give teas and herbal blends a subtle smoothness, sweetness and body. We find that apple is especially adept at balancing out the tartness of hibiscus, so we use it in many of our Hibiscus Infusions for a rounded flavor profile.
