We know you are excited to receive your teas, as you should be. Expediting your order is very important to us. Most orders will ship within 1 business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. If we cannot ship your order out within 2 business days we will let you know. Tracking numbers are emailed to you the day your order is shipped.
Domestic
Residents in the lower 48 states via USPS Economy (4-8 Days):
- $1 - $64.99: $4.99 flat rate
- $65.00 or more: FREE!
Residents in Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories via USPS Economy (7-14 Days):
- Less than $15: $5.99
- $15 - $60.00: $9.99
- $60.00 - $149.99: $13.99
- $150 or more: FREE!
Expedited Shipping ships via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx with an estimated transit time of 1-5 days.
FedEx 2-Day is a Monday - Friday and sometimes Saturday service, depending on where you live. Weekends are not counted as transit days. UPS might be used if they deliver to your address in the same time frame or quicker.
FedEx Ground or UPS Ground is the market rate. We only charge what we pay. This is a 2-5 day service
International
When shipping to Canada, we have two options. USPS and FedEx. In our experience, the shipping time for USPS International is 6-14 business days. FedEx is more expensive but will reach you much quicker. Orders of $175 and above ship free. Keep in mind that there might be taxes and duties owed when the package arrives, but you will not be responsible for any additional brokerage customs fees.
