• Scoop Tea — Adjust amount to taste.
• Pour Water — Over tea leaves.
• Steep — Because Rooibos is low in tannins you may steep this tea as long as you like without ruining your cup.
• Sweeten — *Optional. Sugar can bring out flavor nuances.
• Add Milk — *Optional. For a creamy treat add a splash of milk.

The rich and nutty nature of the tea allows for a bit of milk and honey for a richer, sweeter treat. Prepare a stronger brew to maintain all of those wonderful flavors when adding the milk.  You can also pair this with some fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream.
