Tangerine White Tea

Tasting Notes: Sweet, Soft, Citrusy

The soft citrus scent and familiar flavors of tangerine gently shine through in this mellower white tea blend. The beautiful marigolds and bright orange peel pieces give the infusion its floral, citrus appeal while the Bai Mu Dan adds a subtle buttery, woodsy flavor as well as a creamy, smooth aftertaste.

Our Tangerine White Tea is perfect for pairing with soul food like some homemade fried chicken, momma’s peach cobbler, or a classic coconut cream pie.

When brewing, err on the side of too much leaf rather than too little. Think of the voluminous leaves of Bai Mu Dan in terms of weight rather than size when you measure them out.
