White tea is very simply processed. It's plucked and dried, either in the sun or with hot air and that’s pretty much it. Traditional white teas like this one are grown from a limited number of tea varieties grown in Fujian, China. They tend to be higher in antioxidants and lower in caffeine as opposed to so many other tea types, and these are the ones that we believe make the best white teas.

Every pouch is prepared in-house by our experienced team for quality, freshness, and accuracy. Teas are sealed in 5-layer, resealable pouches and typically ship within 24 hours. With proper storage, freshness lasts up to a year.
