Ingredients:

Shade-grown Japanese green tea

  • Caffeine Level
  • tea measurement 1.5 tsp Per Cup
  • tea temperature 160°
  • tea steep time 1 Minutes

Fun Facts:

Twenty days before the harvest of the tea leaves the plants are covered, shading them from direct sunlight. This process generates a deeper green in the leaves because it increases the leaves' level of chlorophyll. The flavor is also intensified due to the increase in L-theanine as well as other compounds. This all results in a healthy, unique, and flavorful cup.
