I thought I wasn't an Earl Grey fan. I was wrong.
I think this might be my new favorite morning brew. The citrus/bergamot scent, while very strong in the loose leaves, is the perfect amount in the brewed tea. Perfect alone, sans milk!

A Worthy Earl Grey
The Ceylon and Yunnan base is excellent and it is not lost behind the bergamot. The choice of the French bergamot gives this a unique, yet familiar taste. The citrus is not hiding in the background waiting to be detected. On the other hand, as I mentioned, it is not overpowering masking the tea flavor. Like all the Fusion Teas I have experienced, this one is beautifully balanced.
