Brew The Perfect Cup

Brewing tea is an art, as much as it is a science. Below we offer a few simple guidelines to steep an eight ounce cup of tea. But tea is extremely personal, so experiment to find what works you! Scoop

Prefer a robust cup? Add a little more leaf. Keep things light and bright? Use a little less. You can also re-steep your tea leaves for multiple infusions!

Pour

Some teas like it hot – others not so much. Find out which teas are smoothest with water below the boil, and which release richer flavors in boiling water.

Steep

Coax out sweetness or amp up bold notes with brewing times. Delicate teas do best with short steep times, while hearty herbals love longer infusions.
