First Flush Darjeeling - Like many excellent Darjeeling first flush black teas, this biodynamic Makaibari first flush offers the fruity, floral, slightly green flavor of springtime, backed by moderate tannins and hints of malt. Unlike most other great Darjeelings, it has the characteristic Makaibari flavor profile - a majestic, sweet, mineral-rich earthiness unlike anything you've tasted before.

Assam - Assam teas are prized for their powerful, malty flavors. Our single-estate Assam tea delivers with a deep, bittersweet, malt-heavy aroma and flavor, balanced with hints of spice (think: cardamom) and fruit (think: apple).

Golden Dragon Yunnan - Our Golden Dragon Yunnan holds the lushness, beauty and power of its homeland in every leaf. It is bold yet nuanced, and supremely satisfying. As you sip, look for sweet notes of malt, spice and chocolate.

Keemun Mao Feng - Keemun Mao Feng's thin, wiry leaves are the blue-black of a moonless midnight. They emit mysterious aromas of camphor and smoke. The infusion has the color of a Japanese winter squash and the bold, woodsy aroma of a pine-fueled campfire in the distance. The flavor is strong and enticing, with a balance of assertive pine smoke, sweet stone fruit, pure cocoa powder and rich malt. Its surprisingly smooth taste melds into lasting notes of sweetness and smoke, with just a hint of floral influence in the background.
