Our Packaging

We use only the finest packaging for your loose tea. The bags have a 5 layer high barrier poly structure to insure maximum protection from the outside elements, so there is no need to transfer your tea to a new container because of the resealable zipper. And most importantly they are recyclable. When you are finished make sure you help preserve our beautiful earth and recycle.

Our beautiful labels are unique to each tea, so you know the information printed is going to help you identify the tea and the ingredients and give you a general suggestion on how to prepare your tea.

As long as you store your tea sealed in our packaging and at room temperature it should last you up to a year or more. However, we recommend you only order what you can drink within 6 months. That way you know you are only drinking the tea at its best.

Our Shipping Policies

We know you are excited to receive your teas as you should be. Expediting your order is very important to us. Most orders received before 12:00pm will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Our flat shipping rate is $3.95 for anyone that lives within 600 miles. For anyone that lives beyond that there will be two rates: 1-7 ounces of tea will be $3.95, 8 ounces and above will be $4.95. Samples are considered 1 oz. And don't forget Shipping is always free for orders of $60 and above. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most packages under 3 pounds and FedEx for packages over 3 pounds. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 days anywhere in the US.

When shipping to Canada we have two options. International First Class with the USPS and Priority Shipping with USPS. First class has a weight restriction of 4 pounds. In our experience the shipping time for International First Class is 10 business days. Priority is 6-10 business days. Good news starting in January 2013 is the tracking number will have delivery confirmation. Unfortunately because of the expense we cannot offer a flat rate or free shipping to Canada. We hope to work out something in the future.
